Neha S. Dagley

As an Associate Attorney at Schecter Law, P.A., Neha S. Dagley concentrates her practice in the area of commercial litigation.
Neha was born in Mumbai, India in 1979 and lived there until 1994. She received her Bachelor of Science in Political Science, cum laude, from Utah State University in 2001. In May 2004, Neha graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law.
While in law school, Neha received recognition for her academic achievements. She spent a summer interning at a prominent law firm in Mumbai, India. She was also a member of the 2004 Jessup International Moot Court Team.
Neha has been admitted to practice law in the State of Florida.
Samantha N. Hamilton

Samantha N. Hamilton is an Associate at Schecter Law, P.A. She concentrates her practice in the area of commercial litigation.
Samantha was born and raised in the New England area. She received her Bachelor of Science in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Boston University in 2004. In May 2008, Samantha graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law.
While in law school, Samantha received several recognitions for her academic achievements. She served as an Articles and Comments Editor for the University of Miami International and Comparative Law Review.
Samantha has been admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
