Mark’s practice emphasizes civil litigation, transactional
law, and real estate law. Mr. Schecter is an aggressive and tenacious
litigator. Each client’s case is carefully analyzed to develop and
refine the most effective litigation strategy. His extensive trial experience
coupled with his extensive transactional and real estate experience make
him uniquely qualified to handle both sophisticated civil litigation and

Neha S. Dagley

Neha S. Dagley is an Associate at Schecter Law, P.A. Neha concentrates
her practice in the area of commercial litigation.
Neha was born in Mumbai, India in 1979 and lived there until 1994. Neha
received her Bachelor of Science in Political Science, cum laude, from
Utah State University in 2001. In May 2004, she graduated cum laude from
the University of Miami School of Law.
While in law school, Neha received recognition for her academic achievements.
She also spent a summer interning at a prominent law firm in Mumbai,
India, and she was a member of the 2004 Jessup International Moot Court
Team.
Neha has been admitted to practice law in the State of Florida.
Mariya Markhasin

Mariya Markhasin is an Associate at Schecter Law, P.A. Mariya concentrates her practice in the area of commercial litigation.
Mariya was born in Moscow, Russia and lived there until 1989. Mariya received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Brooklyn College in 2005. In May 2008, she graduated cum laude from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center.
While in law school, Mariya received the Book Award in Civil Procedure. She was also a member of the Moot Court Team, Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Team, and The Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
Mariya has been admitted to practice law in the State of Florida.
