Neha S. Dagley is an Associate at Schecter Law.  She concentrates her practice in the area of commercial and business litigation.  This is her seventh year at Schecter Law during which time she has assisted with a wide variety of complex commercial and business litigation matters, ranging from the trial of a state court patent ownership dispute to the arbitration of a commercial construction dispute.  

While in law school, Neha was a member of the University of Miami’s Jessup International Moot Court Team (2004).  Her prior work experience includes internship experience with a prominent law firm in Mumbai, India specializing in representation of multinational clients seeking to establish a presence in India.
